We are also happy to print your own STL files. You can choose a pricing option here that fits the size of your print. If your character protrudes slightly (e.g. the weapon, wings etc.) you can choose the smaller option.

The files do not have to be supported or oriented for printing. We'll be happy to do that for you. If the figure's base is separated, this counts as one print.
After you have paid for your selected option, you will receive an order number. Then you can send us an email (to sales@yourminiature.com) with the order number as subject and your file as an attachment. As soon as we receive this, we will start printing immediately and send you a confirmation. You will then also be informed by e-mail as soon as your print is sent.

Fast delivery
Your order will be ready to ship in 2-4 days. For hand-painted miniatures, the time is 1-2 weeks depending on the size of the order.

30 days return policy
If you don't like the miniature, you can return it up to 30 days after receipt. Hand-painted miniatures are excluded.

Environmentally friendly
The resin used to print the miniatures is based on soybean oil instead of mineral oil. In addition, we only use recyclable cardboard as packaging material.
